Go See A Chiropractor Today Before Your Back Pain Gets Too Out of Control

Chiropractor

I was not a happy camper when I found myself wading through the search results list of “chiropractor Sydney City.” My back was screaming and all different kinds of mad at me as I plugged in every keyword combination I could think, “Chiropractor Sydney,” “Sydney Chiropractic” or “Sydney Chiropractor.” It was a rough time for me.

Thankfully, I found someone in the “chiropractor sydney city” list who could help me out. My new friend, I think I am going to call him the “chiropractor Sydney City” guy, told me that I might have had what was called Spondylolysis. This was a small stree fracture that usually affects your fifth lumbar vertebra in the lower back. It actually is one of the most common causes of lower back in adolescents, especially athletes. However, that I was not.

But, he also told me that African American women are two to three times more likely to develop spondylolistesis, which made much more sense. Apparently, this condition causes problems when a vertebra of the lower spine slips out of place.

Did you know that one half of all working Americans admit to having back pain symptoms each and every year? It is actually the second most common reason that people go to visit the office of their doctor and it is only outnumbered by upper respiratory infections, my friend “chiropractor sydney City” told me.

The truth was, though, it was neither of those conditions. I actually strained a muscle in back, which is one of the many causes for back pain such as sprained ligaments, ruptured disks and irritated joints.
